We have just had a whole lot of veges given to us by Robbie’s dad from their allotment. I’m excited by all the yummy fresh goodness, but as it doesn’t all fit into our fridge and cupboards we need to cook it down so we can keep it all. Now the thing is what to cook, we have lots of fresh silverbeet (chard), tomatoes, potatoes, beans, and beetroot. Any ideas on good recipes that can be frozen for later use??
